4. If the problem persists, contact us and provide links to the problematic videos and share the latest Y2Mate.log file for troubleshooting, found in Settings > General > Log Directory.

Why can't I download 1080p shows or videos in higher quality from Netflix or other OTT services?

For information regarding the resolutions that Y2Mate supports, please consult the corresponding Product Page. If you are unable to download 1080p videos from Netflix, please contact us and include the video title and record file.

Furthermore, the resolution of a downloaded video is contingent upon the type of DRM encryption and the highest definition of playback. The reason for Y2Mate's inability to download 1080p video may be due to a DRM upgrade on the OTT service or a restriction on the video's utmost playback quality. For instance, Disney+ restricts the maximum playback quality to 720P in all browsers.

How to report a Y2Mate issue?
